(this includes everyone, including hosts and music providers)
There are not personnel available to provide telephone paging during special functions.
Children are permitted, but are not allowed to run or allowed to be unsupervised. Our lawn is not for relieving oneself - we have multiple facilities available.
Alcohol is permitted but a bouncer will be required at an additional fee of $75.00
NO SMOKING INSIDE ANY STRUCTURE - outside areas set aside

Charges:
- inside only - MAXIMUM 150 PEOPLE
- Minimum Charge - $150.00 (up to 100 people)
- Additional charges - $25 for each additional 25 people or partial.
- Outside also (cannot rent by itself)
- MAXIMUM 125 PEOPLE - Charge: $100.00
CHARGES ARE FOR USE OF THE HALL FOR UP TO 4 HOURS
The hours of use are between 10 am and 12 midnight
(the property must be vacated before midnight)
- Deposit - non-refundable - $50.00
- Remaining balance due the day before the reserved date
- (all checks must be received 1 week in advance)
Failure to meet these requirements will result in cancellation of the function
